La Prairie is committed to providing our clients with an exceptional luxury experience; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Selection

  Place the items in their original, unopened packaging along with any complimentary samples or gifts-with-purchase included in your original shipment.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Utilize the pre-paid, insured shipping label provided in your original package and securely attach it to the exterior of the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our atelier receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
